The SW 42A is an innovative torque test rig for overload clutches. The full functionality of the overload clutch can be tested, thus ruling out any uncertainty
regarding the torque. Complaints about impaired performance due to overload clutches tripping too soon because of wear, setting of springs or incorrect settings can now be rapidly checked and refuted.
In this new revised version, the drive is powered by a cordless screwdriver.

Targeted, reliable adjustment can now be performed without any uncertainty as regards the torque setting. Agricultural machinery workshops have the opportunity to offer preventive torque checks on
overload clutches.
The scope of delivery includes 1x Assembly tool SW42A. Further details can be found in the operating instructions.The unit is powered by a cordless screwdriver. Information on the minimum requirements for the cordless screwdriver can also be found in the operating instructions.
All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
The assignment, assembly and use of this model requires a detailed preliminary examination by qualified personnel. It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
