Pre-assembled driveshaft rack GS-WAL5-150 in modular design consisting of 2x side panel right/left, 2x intermediate plate for storing small parts, 1x intermediate plate at the top with "WALTERSCHEID" lettering, 1x intermediate plate at the bottom with "COMER INDUSTRIES CORPORATION" lettering, 1x fastening set (2x clamping screw hook-eye, 2x tensioning cable with carabiner clip, 3m edge protection profile).
If required, several GS-WAL5-150 drive shaft stands can be connected. Two GS-WAL5-150 drive shaft stands can be bolted together at the rear. It is also possible to place several GS-WAL5-150 drive shaft stands next to each other.
Suitable for free-standing installation in sales rooms, warehouses and workshops. Alternatively, it can also be positioned on the wall.
When equipping the drive shaft stand, ensure that the load is uniform loading. The following load limits must not be be exceeded:
- Storage of cardan shafts up to 30 kg/pcs
- Load on shelf intermediate plate 10 kg each
All components are designed specifically for the device and performance and it is not allowed to exchange for components other than those prescribed by Walterscheid. Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
The assignment, assembly and use of this model requires a detailed preliminary examination by qualified personnel. It is imperative to check the existing facilities and all of the machinery and equipment for their suitability for attachment. In particular, the characteristic values (e.g. vertical and pulling loads or torques) and the geometries (e.g. dimensions, screw hole patterns, free spaces) must be observed. Depending on the existing equipment of the machine, this can result in the use or purchase of additional components. The content of operating instructions must be observed.
