"Thank you very much for your generous donations and your contribution of kindness." That was the feedback from all 12 institutions, as we have donated a total amount of 60,000 Euros again this year. Altogether with the last 13 years, the donation has been up to 681,272.90 Euro (in the last version of "Wir Walterscheider 1/19", stated with a mistake of number 2,621,272.90 Euros).

The 60,000 Euros were allocated as following: The doctors for Ethiopia, St. Augustin, received €2,500 for the transport assistance.
The Outpatient Hospice Service Center, Much, which is committed to life-shortening children and adults, accepted a check for €2,500. The money is urgently needed for the further training of the volunteers.
The Kids & Teenagers’ Help Center Hollenberg, Lohmar, got €5,000, which will be used for a new playground and a gym.
The German Traffic Control Bureau, Rhein-Sieg has received €5,000 for the early traffic education of first-grade students in this region. Each kid in the Rhein-Sieg district, who has just left the kindergarten receives a leaflet, "How do I behave properly on public transportation?".
The Worker Medical Center NRW received € 5,000 for its campaign "the Wish List". These fulfill the last wish of those who are seriouly ill, for example, to see the sea or even the favorite football team’s match again.
The Students’ Research Observatory, Waldbröl, needs the donated € 5,000 to show the young people "How Science Works".
The German Red Cross, Lohmar, got € 5,000, as they urgently need a new trailer to transport in accidents, etc. The Children & Youth Foundation, Hennef, received € 5,000 to support the early required project "Frühdolin".
The Outpatient Children Hospice Service Center, Rhein-Sieg will use the € 5,000 to accompany and support the families with life-shortening kids or adults in their daily life. Trained volunteers will be with the family on request from diagnosis to the end.
Thanks to our € 5,000 donation, the Kölner Clinic-Clowns can send additional clowns again to the hospitals to entertain and amuse the people there, who are seriously ill.
The Lebensgemeinschaft Eichhof, Much, will contribute € 5,000 to the planned project "Construction of a Soccer Field for the Football Lovers".
The traditional “Action Lichtblick”, organized by Radio Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, received €10,000, to help needy families in NRW.
